Each individual may register and maintain only one pub204 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Where pub204 identifies duplicate Accounts, all associated Accounts will be suspended. Any balances held in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited. pub204 will notify the Member of any such action and provide an opportunity to respond before a final determination is made.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
pub204 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate information provided by a Member, including failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect payment details.
All pub204 Accounts are subject to KYC verification before withdrawals can be processed. pub204 may request identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.
pub204 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pub204 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must:
Security Notice: pub204 staff will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pub204 support immediately.
pub204 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Member has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials, unless such access resulted from a security failure on the part of pub204.
pub204 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Philippine-based Members:
pub204 does not accept deposits funded by credit cards. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not supported and are strictly prohibited on the pub204 Platform.
The minimum deposit amount on pub204 is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. pub204 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. pub204 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically arrive within 10–30 minutes of processing.
pub204 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a pending KYC review.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. pub204 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts after providing reasonable notice to the Member's registered email address. Members may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by pub204 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
pub204 reserves the right to determine Member eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be available to Members who have demonstrated patterns consistent with bonus abuse, arbitrage, or professional advantage play.
pub204 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Member has already opted in, pub204 will honour the terms applicable at the time of opt-in to the extent reasonably practicable.
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, use of multiple Accounts, or other abusive strategies will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

pub204 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that:
pub204 may permanently close an Account where a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed, where the Member has been found to have provided fraudulent information, or where continued operation of the Account would expose pub204 to legal or regulatory risk. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
You may close your pub204 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Accounts closed voluntarily with a positive balance will have that balance returned to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied.
All content on the pub204 Platform — including but not limited to the pub204 name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and interface design — is the intellectual property of pub204 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub204's total liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pub204 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if pub204 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pub204 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pub204 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Gambling Risk: Gambling involves financial risk. pub204 does not guarantee winnings. All wagers may result in a total loss of the amount wagered. Only gamble with funds you can afford to lose.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Members are encouraged to contact pub204 customer support to seek resolution of any dispute. pub204 will endeavour to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, the Member may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority.
pub204 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via the registered email address at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter Member rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.
Continued use of the pub204 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
